Maintaining & developing your practice of mindfulness
For those who have completed a mindfulness course, either in a group or individually, it is helpful, from time to time, to be part of a class or morning or day of practice with others. It’s also supportive to discuss individually in more depth how your mindfulness practice is going.
Personal sessions – occasional or regular – are available by arrangement. Drawing on my 30+ years of practice and teaching, I can support you in finding and following your way with mindfulness through time. This could also be useful for those with a similar kind of meditation or yoga practice. Single sessions last between 75 to 90 minutes and cost £30. A series of six sessions at a cost of £150 can be spread over a timespan of your choosing (e.g. weekly, monthly).
I also offer Supervision to those in training as mindfulness teachers/trainers and those already running groups or classes in mindfulness-based approaches or meditation. This can be on an occasional, one-off, basis or on-going. We can meet in-person or speak by phone or using skype or facetime. Call me for more information.
