Would you like to renew, refresh, or keep up mindfulness practice in a friendly group? Been on a Mindfulness (MBSR, MBCT, Breathworks or similar) Course?
Drop-in any week to this meeting – it’s open to anyone who has completed a mindfulness course. Don’t be put off if you’re feeling a bit rusty or haven’t practised much for a while – or at all! – since your course. The whole purpose of the sessions is to support you. To that end, there’s guided practice (a “Breathing Space” to arrive, then a longer, led, practice of 20 to 30 minutes) and time for discussion.
Please note though: Although we do provide guidance and support, this is not an introduction to mindfulness, and we do assume basic familiarity with the form and purpose of mindfulness practices. If you’re unsure or have questions, contact me (Mark) on 07951 820803 or email@example.com.
Led by local mindfulness teachers Tom Channell, Mark Bowden, and Janice Donovan, these meetings happen on Tuesday evenings, 7.00 – 8.15pm, in the Isca Room at Exeter Community Centre, 17 St David’s Hill, Exeter EX4 3RG. Sessions continue every week through the year. Cost: £3.00
